Well – it didn’t rise.  At all.

And yes, I followed the instructions on the pack, and I got a dense bread that hadn’t risen.

That said – after weeks on keto, with no bread, a slice of this was absolutely heavenly.  It smelt like bread, it tasted like bread, and it was a sanity saver.  🙂

Would I ever get this again when not on keto diet?  Never.  However, if you are on keto, a slice of this will do wonders.

Loads of butter, mayo, chicken and parmasan, with a few leaves of rocket on the Atkins bread.
